His roles within the group are:
- Engineering Design.
- Company Management.
- Project Management.
- Preparation of Project Budgets.
- Health and Safety.
- Company Compliance.
- Solar Design and Products.
- Generators Stationary and Portable.
Simon holds a New Zealand Certificate in Engineering Electrical (NZCE) and specialised in Generation Distribution, Utilisation (Building Services and Lighting) and Software Engineering.

Simon started his Electrical Career as an Apprentice Electrician moving on to Engineering carrying out Technical Design and Project Management. He is also a Registered Electrical Inspector and is a Member of the Electricity Engineers Association EEA.

Simon carries out Project Management of large infrastructure projects for Local Bodies ensuring projects are kept on a timeline and within financial constraints.

- Project Management Engineer.
- Preparation of Electrical Budgets.
- Company Governance.
Kiem is from Singapore and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from The University of Canterbury. Kiem is a member of IPENZ Institute of Professional Engineers.

Kiem has been the Assistant Energy Engineer for the Nelson City Council where he was responsible for the management and implementation of Local Body Power Networks.

Kiem has been an Electrical Consultant in Singapore carrying out Design and Project Management for apartment buildings, theme park, petrol stations, schools, government buildings, offices and restaurant rebuilds.

Kiem has held a position as a Electrical System Engineer for Airways Corporation.

Manager of Distribution and Supply.
He is a Registered Line Mechanic and it's his job to get it done.

His roles within the company are:
- Electrical Estimating.
- Project Management.
- Local Body Liaison.
- Company Governance.
- Supervision Of Line Mechanic Trainees.
Simon comes from a solid contracting background of local body maintenance and projects.

He has been involved with urban infrastructure upgrades for commercial and industrial as well as new subdivisions.

Simon specializes in Power Supply Mains Cabling and supply to Rural Blocks.

Simon has been a line Mechanic for Mainpower and Electro Services and has been the Nelson Region Manager for Electro Services.

Electrical Contracts Manager

Roy is from The UK and is a New Zealand Registered Electrician and holds the position of Electrical Contracts Manager.
Roy covers the following:

Local Body Electrical Contracts.
Electrical Estimating.
Street Lighting Contracts.
Sport Ground Lighting.
Park Lighting.
Effect Lighting.

Roy comes from a UK Power Authority background in Somerset UK. Roy's main role was roadway lighting and maintenance and eventually being self employed.

Roy carried out Electrical Testing for Local Bodies in the UK.

Roy also manages general electrical contracting work and new installs.

Roy has vast knowledge of lighting and is a leader in the implementation of new LED technology for lighting.

Administration, Stores and Logistics
Tim is responsible for Administration, Stores and Logistics.

Tim takes care of the following:
- Customer Service Job Dispatch.
- Stock Control.
- Accounts Administration.
- Creditor Information and Data Entry.
- Goods Dispatch.
- Estimation.
- Health and Safety.
Tim comes to us with a Military background for the New Zealand Defence Force Stores and Logistics. He has been able to bring those skills back into civilian life. During his military career he was based out of Trentham Camp and then later based in Singapore.

After a successful stint in the Defence Force, Tim took up a position with Fletcher Steel Stores but quickly became part of the Sales Team.

Tim also worked for Brightwater Engineering where he was involved with the sales and parts procurement of specialized log hauling equipment.
